Susan holds a National Diploma: Management Assistant and began her career at Multi-24-Secure, a security company, as a sales representative before moving to Multi-Active-Group. She then joined Khutsang Transportation as a receptionist for six years before moving to Leaders Unlimited. After two years as the frontline receptionist at Leaders Unlimited, and after proving herself a highly capable administrator and customer liaison, Susan was promoted to the position of Executive Assistant to the Chairman.
