Ross has a B.Comm Honours in Marketing from the University of Pretoria. He was an English teacher in Asia for three years before moving into the training and conferencing industry as a direct marketing professional. He moved to Leaders Unlimited in mid-2010 to take up a position as a Research Associate - a position he thoroughly enjoys as it affords him the opportunity to gain both Human Resources and Marketing exposure. His interests are varied and include business, politics, theology, sport, languages and history amongst others.
