She holds membership with COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and was till September 2008 the Chairperson responsible for membership in the Gauteng Provincial Chapter of COMENSA, and is to date a member of SECOB (Southern Ekurhuleni Chamber of Business) and the PBF (Progressive Business Forum).

Ronél specialises in Leadership-; Business- and Executive Coaching. Her purpose for Coaching is to provide time, space and method for high performing individuals and groups to explore areas of personal transformation in support of ongoing change at organisation and/or personal level that will be significant for the individual/group and the different people systems they interact, relate and connect with so that they achieve their defined excellence.
Her focus is on organisational and individual development at executive/senior management team level and individual executives/senior managers. Her coaching framework assists individuals and groups to develop Personal Leadership & Personal Mastery that influences Team Leadership & Team Synergy that ultimately leads to Whole Organisation Effectiveness. Her strengths lie in supporting leaders to identify behavioural patterns that impact on their results.
Ronél is an experienced Coach and Organisational Development consultant and has focused her work in the corporate context on organisational and individual development; coaching and consulting to both executive/senior management teams and individual executives/senior managers within the financial services industry; freight & logistics; supply chain management; orphans & vulnerable children sector; entrepreneurial sector; academic sector and in the petroleum sector.
The focus of her coaching is to deliver improved leadership and culture transformation in organisations. Her strengths lie in supporting leaders to identify behavioural patterns that impact on their effectiveness. She helps executives translate strategy into business goals and ultimately into results. Ronél has extensive experience and training in group consultation, change management, systems thinking, group facilitation, strategy formulation and translation and climate and culture diagnosis.
Ronél was one of five coaches enabling integration project teams through group coaching to achieve their goals in the Barclays’ Absa acquisition in South Africa. Ronél was a faculty member of i-coach academy where she played the role of tutor and supervisor. She was also part of faculty’s assessment panel. She was a lecturer on the University of Stellenbosch Business School’s Management and Leadership Development Programmes with a specific focus on the manager or leader as Coach; and to assist learners on the programme on how to properly learn and receive coaching.
