Renchia Strauss holds a BA from the University of Pretoria, now know as University of Tshwane, and a Post Graduate BA (Honours) Industrial Relations from the Univeristy of Johannesburg.

 

Renchia is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist who has 20 years Senior Management Human Resources experience in the Fast Moving Counsumer Goods Industry.

 

She has held various Human Resources Management positions at National Brands Limited a subsidiary of the Anglovaal Industries Group.  Her most recent position was that of Human Resources Director for the Snackworks Division.

 

Renchia has demonstrated an ability to successfully lead various Human Resources initiatives and has also been instrumental in the development of many Talent Management Strategies.

 

She developed a keen interest in Talent Management especially with regard to the attration and engagement of talent.

 

Renchia has successfully built a strong track record in business re-structuring and has advanced knowledge of the South African Labour Relations Industry.

 

Since joining Leaders Unlimited in July 2008 she has been successful in the recruitment and placement of Director, Senior and Middle Managment positions and specialises in the Fast Moving Consumer Industry.
