Magda Gryn holds a BA Honours (Industrial Psychology) degree from UNISA, and a BSocSc (Psychology) degree from University of Kwa-zulu Natal with majors in Psychology and Industrial Psychology. She is currently doing a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology through UNISA.

 

Magda started her career at Vision People Management (an Industrial Psychology practice and a recruitment company based in Durban) as Human Resources Consultant, where her focus was mainly on Financial Services. Her functions covered the entire spectrum of recruitment, including research, job profiling, candidate interviews, client interaction and business development. She stayed with the company for two years before joining Leaders Unlimited as Research Associate at the end of 2007. Magda’s assignments have included Chief Executive Officers, General Managers and Non-executive directors, largely in the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries.

 

Effective May 2009 Magda was appointed as Client Partner: Assessments.  She manages the Assessments Department which includes providing assessments to complement the search business as well as providing external services such as Talent Management and Psychometric Assessments to clients.
