Executive Coaching Services

Leaders Executive Coaching Services is the leadership excellence and development arm of the Leaders Unlimited Group. We offer executive coaching services aimed at helping executives improve their performance. This is preceded by an assessment which evaluates the leadership style both of the organisation and the individual executive. The outcome forms the basis of the individual plan and the programme of coaching. Professionally accredited coaches are used to facilitate the individual executive working through the programme over a twelve-month period. Executives are then matched to a select group of experienced, mature and highly distinguished experts who work with them in their respective areas of development. Regular progress sessions with line management are held whilst respecting the confidentiality of the coaching contract. Coaching sessions are held fortnightly, or as agreed with the individual executive.
