A key component of the Leaders Unlimited search process is the appointment of the best suited consulting team for each assignment. We are unique in the manner in which we use the expertise within our partnership to complement each other to find the very best solutions to our client search needs. All our search assignments are staffed by at least two Search Consultants working with one or more Research Associate. The Principal Search Consultant will have as primary responsibility, client interaction and controlling the search process which includes overseeing the research, interviewing and assessing the candidates, and conducting the necessary reference checks. The other Search Consultant will serve as back-up. The Consultants have a combination of search and business experience, with a number of them having held executive and senior positions in blue chip organisations.
The Research Associate’s primary responsibility is the identification of candidates using our in-house expertise found in our specialist practices and database, together with original research and discussions with informed individuals in the various industries who can provide valuable, objective insights on people and relevant issues. The Research Associates have post-graduate qualifications, extensive executive research experience in various industries and are also commercially astute.
We have a staff complement of in excess of 20, skilled and experienced in the areas of interviewing, research, customer service, relationship management, remuneration, communication, networking, assessments and coaching.
