Our candidates are your leaders of today and our clients of tomorrow. Our professionalism secures candidates’ confidence in our clients. By approaching potential candidates, we are encroaching on both their professional and private lives and we respect their circumstances in this regard.

The client's role in the search process

A thorough brief from our clients, providing us with as much relevant information as possible about the company, the position and person profiles, always underpins a successful search. Realising that the candidates that we bring to you are not normally job seekers, it is important that you handle them with appropriate sensitivity, moving swiftly and decisively in processing their candidacy. These candidates also place great value on confidentiality.

Communicating with each other

Throughout an assignment it is vital that communication channels are kept open between the parties. It is useful if decision-makers on both sides are brought into the process and kept up to date of all developments.
 
Progress is reviewed regularly with the client, and strategy review sessions held as appropriate where we detail targeted organisations and individuals, highlighting qualified candidates. During these sessions, we give feedback on market reaction to the client and the post, comparative salary data, any other pertinent information and summary profiles of qualified candidates.
 
Contact is maintained with both client and candidate once the candidate has joined a client organisation to help ensure the candidate’s successful integration into the new company.
