Raymond Chasenski is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with a BCom and BAcc degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. Having served his articles at Deloitte, he has gone on to gather over fifteen years of corporate financial and executive management experience.

He started his career in the IT industry where he held the position of Financial Director at Enterprise Connection, an IT hardware, software and solutions provider, and part of the listed Connection Group.

Raymond also spent a number of years in the glass industry as Financial Director of PG Glass. Here he was integrally involved in the restructuring of automotive and building glass into a single retail entity, as well as the structuring and implementation of their franchising and joint venture strategy.

Raymond has also gained experience in the brand consulting and marketing industry as Chief Operating Officer of Brand Union, a subsidiary of WPP Plc, the world's largest communication services group. Here he was responsible for the whole of Africa and Middle East region and was instrumental in structuring a 30% empowerment deal. He was also instrumental in creating a joint venture with a local entity in the Middle East market, and creating an affiliate structure in the Egyptian market.

More recently Raymond teamed up with Brian Khumalo to form a BEE investment company Olamuhk, and focus on niche BEE investment opportunities, as well as a number of green fields operations. Their current focus is on creating a fully integrated human management solutions group, Human Essence, of which Leaders Unlimited is the pre-eminent brand.
