A professional entrepreneur who is the founder and Executive Chairperson of Investments for African Women Holdings (IFAW) (Pty) Ltd and CEO at Leaders Unlimited. She is passionate about women leadership and empowerment . She believes that women should be at the forefront in assisting the leadership of the African continent awaken to true “Conscious Leadership” The women of this continent are the one’s that will bring light to the current chaos we see in our world.

As a mother, an African woman, a speaker and an Executive coach on holistic leadership development solutions, she has highly developed self awareness and is committed to the development of talent in the African continent. She truly believes that South Africa is rich with “crème of the crop of African talent” This talent has a role to play in the urgent development of younger African talent, as “a thing that we all do all the time”

Lorraine completed her O’levels at Waterford Kamhlaba United World College of Southern Africa. She holds a Social Science degree from the University of Swaziland, business management diploma from Damelin Management School and attended a Women Executive development  programme at the Gordon’s Institute of Business Science. Her experience in starting and managing business dates back to the mid 90’s and has equipped her with hands on business planning, marketing, capital raising and strong leadership skills.

She has worked for various Multinational firms like Revlon as Promotions Manager and Wella South Africa as Marketing and Sales Manager. She also spent some time at the Transnet Foundation as Marketing and Communications Manager before setting up IFAW Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Lorraine was also an Executive Coach at Change Partners for some time before taking up her current position of Chief Executive at Leaders Unlimited
