Before joining Leaders Unlimited, Lindi co-founded Cetana Africa Management Consulting, which specialised in the development of organisational strategies and leadership interventions that target specific issues relating to South Africa. This included research on the effects on leadership strategies and organisational dynamics of the individual’s historical apartheid and post apartheid experiences. Lindi utilises this research to develop uniquely South African consciousness management leadership training and organisational change strategies.
Lindi is currently researching the evolution in South African companies of parochial (insular) management, and territorial leadership approaches that have resulted from the unmanaged “fear based” psychological dynamics resulting from BBBEE policies, transitions, and M & A challenges. Lindi specialises in researching, designing and implementing strategic organisational, performance management and leadership solutions that have strong South African research foundations, as well as an international best practice flavour.
