Cindy is particularly passionate about helping executives effectively integrate into new environments or levels of engagement.

Cindy has studied Organisational Communication, Marketing, various Business Best Practices, Thinking Skills, Education, Systems Thinking, Human Dynamics and Facilitation.

Cindy has business experience in Marketing, Advertising, Management and Leadership Development as well as Recruitment and Organisational Development.

These all culminate into an integrated outlook for coaching senior individuals and teams towards effective performance strategies. The business resources and corporate experience gained place Cindy in a position to elicit this understanding to the best advantage for our client’s people and business development needs.

Cindy also writes for various business and career development publications. Cindy is presently writing a series of articles about modelling leadership excellence across all industries – highlighting distinctions in performance to be modelled and shared for career empowerment.

Cindy’s commitment to behavioural change and performance development adds immense value and supports a client’s personal and business outcomes; and has awarded her projects in a variety of industries. Projects range from coaching senior individuals through to group projects where executive teams are empowered within their personal contribution and their greater role within the business system.
